WIA State Plan

The Nebraska Workforce Investment Plan, as modified, for the period of July 1, 2009, through June 30, 2010 has been approved. The September 21, 2009 approval letter from the U.S. Department of Labor is posted below. The “Recovery Act Plan” (Stand Alone Response to Recovery Act Specific Questions) is also available below. As noted, the August 25, 2009 letter (below) revised the waiver requests. The October 13, 2009 response to the waiver requests is posted below.
