The Nebraska Department of Labors Appeal Tribunal was created by statute in 1937. The Tribunal is an independent appeal authority established to hear appeals of Department of Labor determinations relating to unemployment insurance benefits, employer experience accounts, and unemployment insurance combined tax liability.

Lincoln Office Relocating
On May 1, the NDOL Lincoln office at 1010 N Street will relocate to 1111 O Street, Suite 222. The office will be located in the same building as the American Job Center and can be reached at 402-471-2275. All of the services provided at the 1010 N office will be available at the new location.
