Right to Appeal
Many programs administered by Nebraska Department of Labor provide for formal appeals of agency decisions. Learn more here.

Receive Re-employment Services
Our Rapid Response team can provide a workshop for employees who have received a layoff notice to help them tranistion back into the workforce. Some laid off employees may be eligible to receive special services under the WARN or NAFTA Acts.

Lincoln Office Relocating
On May 1, the NDOL Lincoln office at 1010 N Street will relocate to 1111 O Street, Suite 222. The office will be located in the same building as the American Job Center and can be reached at 402-471-2275. All of the services provided at the 1010 N office will be available at the new location.

Coming Soon: Our telephone options will change, and unemployment insurance claims should be filed on our website at dol.nebraska.gov.
